Wau State Deputy Governor acknowledges that May 16 or SPLM/A Day is the best chance people could stand together as one nation.
Zachariah Joseph Garang says it is the right time for the implementation of the revitalized peace agreement, Voice of Hope Radio reports.
He adds that the soldiers are careful in protection of the agreement.
Joseph mentions that they will not allow anyone who is trying to interfere with the agreement.
The official was addressing May 16 celebration in Wau Stadium on Thursday.
