Gok State Legislative Assembly on Wednesday impeached the commissioner of Abiriu County Bol Madok.
On May 6, 2019 the assembly summoned the Minister of Physical Infrastructure, and the Commissioner of Abiriu County to appear before the assembly to explain some problems regarding land in the state.
Speaker Umjuma says the commissioner has been charged with over taxation and working in isolation without consulting the Minister of Physical Infrastructure.
The assembly appeals to the Minister of Physical Infrastructure, Marial Arol to follow the Taxation Act regarding charges on land allotment.
Last Month, April 16th, the assembly impeached the Minister of Local Government and Law Enforcement and Commissioner of Wat- Adol County.
