He urges donor organizations to focus on strengthening the local NGOs instead of looking up to their weaknesses.

He encourages the network to upgrade on their policies to invite more donors.
The officials made the remarks during a monthly Civil Society Organizations forum on Wednesday at Cotal Hall in Torit.
