The new commissioner of Tonj County promises to maintain peace in the county with the neighboring counties and unite people to live in peace.
Joseph Anei Mador says the first priority is to see that communities enjoy dividends of the revitalized agreement in Tonj.
The commissioner discloses a plan to tour all Payams of Tonj County to communicate massages of peace and reconciliation.
Anei assures the citizens of disarming the guns in the hands of untrained personnel and trains the organized forces to protect the civilians in the state and county at large.
He says availability of guns in the hands of unauthorized gunmen intensifies the insecurity in counties and the country at large.
The commissioner made the remarks on Thursday in his office in Tonj.
