Three pupils were reported injured when a tree fell near the hand pump where children were drinking water on Wednesday morning around 7:42 AM.
According to Good News Radio, the three children got minor injuries and are now taking treatment at Rumbek State Hospital.
The school administration was cutting the tree for construction of fence to begin.
Deputy Chief Officer from criminal investigation Department, Joseph Weeric confirmed that three pupils are in the hospital and their condition is normal.
The school head master Ben Makoi says the tree was cut half way on Tuesday and pupils were all informed about untimely falling of the tree.
He appeals to parents to stay calm since their children are in good condition and under medication.
Priscilla Panda Manyang, Arol Bol Arol and Athei Manyang are receiving medication in Rumbek State Hospital.
This is the first time the school has experience such accident.
