Amilitary heading to Aweil loaded with food for soldiers and passengers fell in Makuei-Karsid the eastern Bank of Tonj State killing six people and injured ten others on Monday night.
According to Acting Minister of Information Deng Madut Deng says the car claimed the life of a woman with her husband and two children from the same family, Don Bosco Radio reports.
The Acting Minister attributes the cause of the accident to poor road and over loading.
He adds that the dead bodies are in the mausoleum and the wounded persons are in Tonj civil hospital for medical care.
Madut says State government transported the families of the deceased to Aweil and the bodies were buried in Tonj.
The minister conveys government condolences to citizens of Tonj and asks them to pray for the souls and families who lost their love ones.
The traffic police inspector declined to comment on the incident.
