The Secretary-General confirms and applauds the official opening of Tonj State house.
Gabriel Awan Makuch says lack of State house was a challenge to the members since 2016.
He adds that the State house has four rooms, an office, water supply and rooms for the guards.
Gabriel congratulates Governor Mathew Mathiang Magoordit for renovating the house.
Makuch says the renovation of the house is development to the state and South Sudan at large.
He discloses that development is a gradual process because there has to be accountability at the end of every project.
The Secretary assures citizens that construction of fence around the state house will be done soon.
