The Diocesan Coordinator of Rumbek Catholic Diocese during Easter Sunday celebration says the Lord’s resurrection tells the faithful that they have resurrected with Christ.
According to Good News Radio, Fr John Mathiang says through baptism Christians are raise with Christ since he defeated death.
He urges Christians to make the resurrection more meaningful through their good deeds.
The cleric reminds believers that Jesus is always with them during difficulties and the resurrections gives hope to overcome their challenges.
The Diocesan Coordinator was giving homily to Christians on Easter Sunday in Rumbek.
