Red Cross trains citizens on purification of unclean water

South Sudan Red Cross or SSRC in Wau State trains some people on treating unsafe water for a healthy human consumption.
 
Water Treatment Trainer, Juma Stephen Cosmas explains that the aim of the training is for emergency situations to help during disaster time, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
 
Cosmas adds that people drink contaminated water without knowing, the training will help people to purify unclean water for safe usage.
 
One of the participants says that the knowledge gained during the training will help them to share with Internally Displaced Persons to purify water for their wellbeing.
 
Angelo Lual notes that the skills learned will continue to be implemented  in various areas in the State.
 
SSRC gathered different people from Wau and Aweil States for the water treatment training at Jur River Bank in Wau.
