Hon William Koji Kirjok says students are tomorrow’s leaders who are supposed to learn from their elders on how to rule a community.
He stresses that the head teachers are supposed to instruct students to participate in government events.
The Deputy Governor spoke during the peace rally in Rumbek Freedom square on Monday.
