CSO calls on the army to protect citizens of South Sudan

The chairperson of the Civil Society Organizations for Eastern Equatoria calls on the South Sudanese government to allow the army to protect the citizens as stated in the constitution.
 
According to Radio Emmanuel, Charles Okullu addressing a rally during the visit of the Vice President to Torit says the army mostly tends to protect interests of individuals rather than the citizens.
 
Okullu calls for corporation among parties’ that are signatories to the Revitalized Peace deal.
 
The civil society leader was speaking during the Peace rally at Torit freedom square.
