The Chairman of the Board of the Cross Border Network or CBN urges editors to avoid individual interests, but cooperate to achieve the intended goal.
Brian Pacuthu tells editors to serve the communities that need voice to speak by giving out their opinions to be heard.
He pledges that CBN will soon adopt opened communication policy by devising more means for transparent talking.
CBN leader says they are advocating for gender balance in the Network.
Pacuthu was on Sunday responding to recommendations to the first group of editors who completed their training on Saturday at Entebbe, Uganda
The group called for improvement of working relations, sharing of information, and the need to strengthen communication between editors and managers of CBN.
The group also called for continuous capacity building to editors and reporters for better CBN.
CBN is a body supporting radio stations of South Sudan and Northern Uganda.
