Tonj Minister of Information confirmed to media that one soldier killed his colleague on March 12 during the process of disarming guns from civilians in the state.
William Wol Mayom told Don Bosco Radio that a soldier of Division Three killed First Lieutenant Johnson Mapuor Gaak and the bullet passed to one of the wounded heroes and died at the same time.
Wol explains that the authority found the reason of incident that led to the death of Lieutenant as not administrative issue, but a crime.
The minister states that the accused is under arrest and people are waiting for his trial to find out the killer of Mapuor Gaak.
He adds that the government is not happy about the death of two people with no clear information.
