A Member of Parliament in the national assembly is calling on the army to respect the revitalized peace agreement.
Alfred Taban lo Gune says soldiers are not to take properties of civilians and rape women, Radio Easter reports.
Taban explains that when soldiers go to the villages they tend to loot civilians properties including animals and bicycle.
He urges the soldiers to ask for help from the civilians if their salary delays.
The Member of Parliament made the remarks during the dissemination of the revitalized peace agreement at youth Gardens in Yei.
