Mayor appoints five chiefs to represent communities in Rumbek Court

Mayor of Rumbek appointed five chiefs to represent their sections within the Town Court According to municipality order, the municipality.
 
Andrew Mangui Mading’s order seen by Good News Radio, explained that the reason of restructuring the court is to include all five sections of Kuei, Pakam, Rup, Aliamtoc and Beli traditional leaders.
 
The government of Western Lakes State officially allows Rumbek town court to carry out its activities after recruiting some chiefs’ representatives from different sections of communities.
 
The order under Local Government Act 2009 allows appointment of three chiefs as representatives of Wulu, Rumbek North and business community in the state to give court values to carry its activities without doubt.
 
The municipality order took effect from 5th March 2019.
 
On 13th February 2019 Rumbek town court was closed down with order from Rumbek municipality mayor office.
