Food Agriculture organization or FAO starts training of Trainers or ToT on technical skills, knowledge of crops and vegetable production in Gbudue State.
The training facilitator Shahida Barunu says the main objective of the training is to build the capacity of participants to effectively conduct crops farming trainings to the field officers.
Minister of agriculture Gibson Bullen Wande appreciates FAO for the initiative.
He encourages the participants to be keen and gain more knowledge and skills on how to improve farming systems in their localities.
Bullen calls on the TOTs to implement the skills in their respective states.
The six days training brought together participants from several organizations who are implementing agriculture projects in Yambio.
