Severino Philip Bazia extends his gratitude happiness to the NGOs operating in South Sudan especially UNMISS, Don Bosco Radio reports.
Through workshop and training government officials will handle law enforcement correctly, Philip adds.
Training facilitator Manyang Mayom says the main objective of conducting the two-day training is to empower investigators.
He notes that the training brought together ethnic groups especially organised forces from junior to the higher ranks.
Another police officer reveals that they are working smoothly, lack trained investigators.
Lack of properly filing up the document is big challenges to some officers, he adds.
The leaders spoke during the closing of two-day workshop conducted by UNMISS on law enforcement in Tonj.
