The Catholic Priest of Scared Heart Parish of Rumbek Diocese is calling on believers to promote peace wherever they are.
According to Don Bosco radio, Fr. John Peter adds that Christians must always be ready to reconcile and forgive one another for peace to reign in South Sudan.
He says by doing good things to others, people will be called true children of God.
He advises Christians to be honest citizens and forgive their enemies and pray for them.
He adds that a peaceful place is where people accept one another and forgive each other.
John urges all the communities to denounce injustice, corruption and tribalism in the country.
