A man known as Aliatouch Wol was killed in Wulu at Akor village near Kuel-kuac residential area of Wulu County in Western Lakes State on Wednesday.
Speaking to Good News Radio at Rumbek State Hospital, Commissioner of Wulu County, Abednego Digur Makuach says the incident happened at 11:00 AM.
He reports that Bang Anyar Kobi followed Aliatouch to his home and immediately went inside and stabbed the deceased with a knife.
According to the police investigation, the perpetrator accused the deceased of having love affairs with his wife, the commissioner explains.
Abednego appeals to the family of the deceased to stay calm and allow the government to follow the matter.
Upon hearing the incident, the commissioner left for the scene and later had an accident on the road when going to rescue the situation.
He is receiving medication currently at Rumbek State Hospital and that his condition is improving.
The Commissioner made the remarks to Good News Radio on Friday in Rumbek.
