UNMISS acknowledges peace progress in Wau

United Nations Mission in South Sudan or UNMISS and CTSSAM acknowledge the progress of trust building between Wau State government and SPLA in opposition.
 
UNMISS Wau head officer Mustafa Tijani says UNMISS will continue to support peace process and trust building of the state government and opposition factions, Voice of Hope Radio reports.
 
He urges all parties to stop fighting because the time is for peace.
 
Tijani mentions that the Mission is very grateful to see that there is peace and hopes that this peace last for all South Sudanese to realize development.
 
The official made the remark during the visit of IO Besselia Team this week in Wau town.
