Citizens in Wau State are raising concerns about water shortage in the whole town.
The price for two jerry-cans of water from donkey carts has increased from 20 and almost reaching to 60 South Sudanese Pounds.
Some citizens who talked to Voice of Hope Radio complaining that the water prices have risen very high since December.
They added that, it becomes difficult to families to afford drinking water on daily basis.
Owners of donkeys say they buy from water points at high prices, forcing them also to sell expensively.
Number of families that Voice of Hope Radio met called on the state government to intervene while the urban water is under repair.
