The Commissioner of Gok State says cattle raiding became a senseless to the youth which is absolutely a misuse in the country.
Don Bosco Radio quoted Gabriel Bith Mathiang explaining that some youths from Tonj East County went to Gok state and raided over 150 cows and abduct three boys.
He discloses that some youths from Tonj South County also left to Gok with an intension of raiding cattle.
The commissioner adds that the plan failed and one man fell into ambush and was caught.
Bith requests the governments of Tonj and Gok to organize dialogues among themselves for the restoration of peace between the two states.
The Commissioner calls on all communities to avoid random movement, cattle raiding and focused on positives activities that will let to economic development of the country.
