The Organization Development Consultancy Agency South Sudan or ODCASS has trained women leaders on governance, leadership, resource mobilization and management in Yambio.
The aim of the training was to build the capacity of women leaders in their various groups, according to Dayi Catherine Friday, Acting Director for ODCASS
She mentions that the organization also extends their service to the youth, CSOs and other institutions in terms of resource mobilization and management.
Catherine adds they want to ensure how the leaders can have good governance and leadership and resource management.
She stresses that they still face very many challenges in extending their service to other members in other counties in Western Equatoria.
She hopes in the nearest future they will be able to reach out to other members.
Yabang Emilia Moses, a participant from Annika Women Association discloses that with the knowledge acquired from the training, she will be able to extend it to her colleagues.
She advises other leaders in other organizations to disseminate the acquired knowledge to ensure good governance, leadership, resource mobilization and management.
The speakers made these remarks on Wednesday in Yambio.
