The State Ministry of General Education in Tonj is forming the public to take their children to government schools which are operating for free of charge.
Bol Agei Bol blames entire communities of greater Tonj State for not taking their children to government schools for free education, Don Bosco Radio reports.
The minister cites Education Act that all government schools must register pupils for free, but they only pay little money as a parents’ contribution.
Government teachers working in various private institutions must report back to their schools without failure otherwise there will be a lot of consequences, minister warns.
He also informs the public about changes that government schools will make in 2019 academic year.
The leader spoke to Don Bosco Radio on Friday at his office in Tonj.
