Catholic Relief Service or CRS is training eighteen reporters and presenters of Catholic Radio Network Radio or CRN stations on trauma and resilience in Juba.

The five-day training that started on Friday is expected to conclude on Wednesday.

CRN director Mary Ajith calls on the participants to pay more attention to the facilitator in order to go back to the stations with awareness on trauma.

Fr Paul Boil, who facilitates the training, tells the reporters and presenters to understand very clearly the causes and effects of trauma and stress because 90 percent of the sicknesses are related to them.

He points out that many South Sudanese are traumatized because of war that started in 1983 and continues until.

The trauma and resilience training brought together two staff from CRN Radio Stations and coordination centre in Juba.
