Chairman of Luo Association at the University of Bahr Ghazal has launched a Bible and the film of Jesus into their language for local people in rural areas to understand.
The launch took place at the Ministry of Education of Wau State on Thursday.
Justin Majok, Chairman of the Association told Voice of Hope Radio that the initiative of translating the Bible and the film will strengthen Christian faith in villages.
He stresses that the project will lead the community closer to God.
Majok stresses that it is good always to sent a message to someone through the language that he or she can understand.
He says it will be easy for the Lou communities to understand the word of God through the translated Bible and the film.
Chairman of the Organizing Committee Kon Biama says it is important for youth to serve the community and God during their life time because they have enough energy and ability.
The speakers made the remarks during the launch of translation of the Bible and Jesus film into local language of Lou.
