Cornelius Fermo believes that producing the Revitalized peace agreement into local languages is the best way of disseminating the information, Radio Emmanuel reports.
 
He says people can only be held accountable when roles are made clear.
 
Fermo appeals to the government to support the media to broaden the dissemination process.
 
The student calls on citizens to make South Sudan by committing themselves to peace even if they are not aware of the content of the agreement.
