The State Minister of Gender Child and Social Welfare in Tambura is urging the general public to stop Violation of women and girls right in South Sudan.
 
Anisa Radio quoted Fante Santina saying a country that protects women and girls is peaceful because women are competent to work for stability.
 
She discloses that individuals should stop things that contribute to gender-based violence in the community.
 
The minister calls upon couples to have better understanding in their families in order to minimize gender issues.
 
She advises the public to be equal and respect human dignity in South Sudan.
 
Odenta Miwai of the World Vision South Sudan gender departments encourages communities to advocate for equality.
 
She outlines that her office stands strongly together with Government of Tambura to fight Gander-based violence in the state and South Sudan at large.
 
The speakers made the remarks over Centenary Radio during evening drive over the weekend.
