I AM PEACE is holding peace football games in commemoration of 16 Days of activism against gender-based violence on Saturday in Juba.
I AM PEACE is organizing the sports under the theme: ‘Kick the ball, kick out violence’ football games.
The games will be used to enlighten the public on the major cases of violence in the place of work and how they can be reported to eliminate gender-based violence at work.
I AM PEACE in a statement says, it intends to do it through football as a tool to bring together, create awareness and educate the public on GBV, respect and creation of safe space at work.
I AM PEACE is a youth NGO with the motive of creating a platform for peaceful co-existence among young people and promote peace for sustainable development.
