32 Catechists in Catholic Diocese of Tombura-Yambio completed one month training on different spiritual activities in Palica in Nzara on Saturday, December 1st-
Fr Diko Raphael Diocesan Pastoral Coordinator appreciates all catechists for their commitment during the training, Anisa Radio reports.
He encourages them to spread the knowledge they have acquired to people who were unable to attend the course.
Fr Raphael outline that despite few challenges they faced during the training, they had completed the training very successful.
Fr. John Ngbapia, Director for Catholic Organization for Development and Peace in Tombura-Yambio, encourages all catechists in the diocese to work hard in order to spread the word of God.
Commissioner of Nzara County Moses Samson Kpoti, during the occasion encourages all Catechists to put education as their first priority to maintain development for the future generation.
He pledges that the local government will continue to work together with Church for the development of the people socially and spiritually.
The one-month training brought Catechists from different parishes in the Catholic Diocese of Tombura-Yambio.
