Christians in Western Equatoria Internal Province mourn their archbishop

Christians in the ECSS Western Equatoria Internal Province mourn the first Provincial Archbishop Peter Munde Yakobo who passed away last week in Nairobi, Kenya.
 
Episcopal Secretary for the internal province and the Bishop of the diocese of Ibba Wilson Elisa Kamani announced that the archbishop died on Saturday evening at 7 PM in Nairobi Kenya where he was receiving his treatments.
 
According to Anisa Radio, it is not clear as to when the body of the late Archbishop will arrive in Yambio for burial, but arrangements for his funeral are on progress.
 
Reverend Elnama Jacob Bisi describes the late archbishop as a humble and peace loving person who has played a great role in the peace deal signed between the Former South Sudan National liberation Movement and the government of Gbudue State.
 
The late was installed as the first Archbishop of Western Equatoria Internal Province in December 2016 and died at the age of 67.
 
The ECS prelate Archbishop Arama was deeply saddened by the death of a great shepherd.
