Women Training and Promotion or WOTAP in partnership with Initiative for Peace Communication Association of IPCA has conducted the training for community in Wau.
According to Voice of Hope radio, the course is for peace mobilization under the project of conflict transformation and managing of social cohesion.
IPCA Fund Raising Coordinator, Nelson Sandu says the training is the first of its kind to be held in Wau and other activities will be organized next week.
Sandu believes the trainees will be ambassadors and train more people with peace massages.
He adds that the training targeted forty-seven participants of different social groups.
One of the participants, Lawrence Kule appreciates the training and urges youth to adopt the spirit of nationalism for the future.
The speakers made the statements after the conclusion of the training at WOTAP office in Wau.
