The management of Rumbek Civic Engagement User committee on Thursday launched the strategic plan 2017/2022.

Malok Majak Malok, centre manager appreciates state government, UNMISS, INGOs and all civil society organizations members for attending the event.
He encourages User committee members and the entire leadership of Civil Society Organizations Network to keep the centre moving forward by engaging youth on developmental activities.
Hakim .C. Awur, user committee chairperson says their organization will support communities at all levels through it plans and policies because it is new home for all civil society organizations and communities using the centre.
He reveals that the centre has developed solid partnership with local authorities, international NGOs, UNMISS and UN agencies for better collaboration.
The Minister of Information Martin Ngula, who was the guest of honour, praises all members of civil society organisations operating in the state for working hard to change in the society.
He congratulates the leadership of the centre for working hard to develop strategic plan 2017-2022 that is a tool of moving forward to the next level.
The state government will support civil society and international organizations in their activities by maintaining security in Western lakes, the minister promises.
The State Minister of Information and other stakeholders drawn over 50 civil society organizations, community members, international organizations and UNMISS attended the launch.
