The Director of HIV/AIDs and TB in Tonj Hospital confirms on Monday of over four hundred people infected in Tonj.
John Jock Yoor says the data of people infected was collected from the three centers operating in the area, Don Bosco Radio reports.
The director says twenty-five people have lost their lives t including seven from the region of Warrap.
Jock urges communities to visit the hospital for medical checkup in order to protect themselves from getting infected.
Director Jok appeals to the government officials, intellectuals and youth to cooperate and create awareness on the virus in order to reduce the rate of HIV in the state.
