The candidates of primary eight in Tonj have started their mock exams on Monday and will end on this Wednesday, Director for Secondary and Primary Exams.
Philip Thomas Mabuus says the students began with Christian Religious Education and will conclude with Mathematics, Don Bosco radio reports.
He confirms one thousand three hundred and forty eight candidates registered for the exams in the state, but only a girl did not sit.
The Director says some candidates missed the first paper because they did not clear mock fees, after paying, they were allowed to do exams.
He discloses that exams delayed due to financial problem to print exams papers.
The head teacher of Tonj Academic Primary School William Majok says his school registered 180 candidates in the beginning, but ninety-four are in the school.
He stresses that out of the number twenty-seven are females and sixty seven are males.
Majok adds 68 candidates out of 94 paid mock fees but 52 candidates within 68 got the papers and 16 of them miss the papers.
He says that he and the minister of Education are trying their best to address the problem allow them to sit.
Head teacher appeals to his candidates to do well in the exams.
