Transitional National Legislative Assembly approves Public Procurement and Disposal of Assists Bill on Monday.
Deputy Minister of Finance Goch Makuac Mayol explains that the Bill shall regulate management of public procurements and discarding of resources the accepted budget.
The laws will protect the local business in the country and rules drafted in the document will be implemented, he adds.
Deputy Minister says the bill will later be presented to the president Salva Kiir to sign it into law.
Chairman of Specialized Committee of Finance and Economic Planning David Nailo Mayo says this law is going to fight issues of corruption.
He says it shall not investigate old cases, but mainly focus on the upcoming issues.
Both gave the remarks after a session in the National Parliament in Juba on Monday.
