A group of Solidarity of Teachers Training College trained about 50 women on peace building in the Catholic Diocese of Tombura-Yambio.
The training was for women all over the seven Dioceses in South Sudan to have skills on the recently signed deal because they are victims of the war, facilitator, Mary Kamilo Ngambu told Anisa Radio.
She mentions that lack of transport and other equipments are some challenges they are facing.
Perina Fanna Kpasuda, a participant, reveals that they have acquired knowledge on how to live in peace with neighbours.
She appeals to her colleagues to spread what they learned to those who did not attend the training.
Nikolina Nikola, another participant, believes that the training has changed her.
She calls upon the team to keep on such courses to other people for the benefit of the community.
The training started on Monday and ended on Wednesday at St. Jude Chapel in Yambio.
