The Commissioner of Kupera County in Yei River State calls on the citizens in Kupera to return home and resume their normal lives.
Emmanuel Khamis Richard reassures the general public that the area is experiencing total normalcy.
He says flags are flying high at the headquarters showing signs of peace in the area.
Khamis says the security situation in the area is table and the area is fully under the control of the government.
He acknowledges the suffering the people have gone through being displaced to camps and calls and end to them.
Khamis spoke to Radio Easter at the Diocesan Secretariat in Yei.
