The Representative of Pope Francis in South Sudan visits Tombura-Yambio Catholic Diocese in solidarity and join the commemoration of the forth anniversary of the late Bishop Joseph Gasi Abangite.
Speaking upon his arrival at St. Mary Catholic Parish Monsignor Mark Kadima says his main mission in South Sudan is to bring up Bishops to vacant dioceses.
He says some of the Bishops in the Dioceses have reached age limit according to Canon Law and need successors.
Monsignor Kadima furthers states that his second mission in South Sudan is to build an apostolic Nuncioture where the Nuncio will be staying.
The Papal representative thanks the people of South Sudan for their generosity and asks them to stop fighting and embrace the spirit of love and unity in the country.
Bishop Barani Eduardo Hiiboro Kusala of the Catholic Diocese of Tambura welcomed the representative on Tuesday in Yambio.
