The Minister for Local Government and Law Enforcement in Otogo County, Yei river state appreciates its citizens for nominating the council members to join the political arena.
Huda Michael Laila applauds the council for the efforts taken by members to accept the decision of the public to be part of the office.
He says lack of personnel to feel in the empty positions in the past let to decrease in provision of services to the community in the area.
Michael blames the creation of the thirty two states and the creation of thirteen counties for this concern.
