The Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Children and Armed conflict urges the South Sudan government to end recruiting kids and violence against them.

Virginia Gamba laments that South Sudan is the second country out of twenty nations globally that its children are suffering from violations.

She adds that the violence level reported is above 60% than the total in Upper Nile and Unity States.

Gamba mentions some cases where extreme violence is done against children.
