State Minister for Youth in Yei River appoints caretakers of their union.
Alfred Kenneth Duku confirms issuing local order for appointing the caretaker executives, Radio Easter reports.
He states that the former executives did not fulfill their mandate of drafting the state youth constitution
Duku says the executives are formed to carry out activities of the state youth union in accordance to their terms of reference and directives of the national youth union.
The minster spoke to Radio Easter in an interview on at Yei State Information Ministry.
