Sudan Foreign Minister says parties fulfill IGAD’s mandate

Sudan Foreign Minister and the Chief Negotiator of the South Sudan Peace talks says the parties have fulfill the IGAD mandate.
 
Al Dirdiri Mohamed Ahmed mentions that all the parties have signed except the opposition parties who have not agreed to the issues of the states.
 
He adds that the parties agreed on the outstanding issues and enlarging the cabinet from thirty to thirty five.
 
The minister stresses that some of the issues like the power sharing of the five vice presidents and some of the issues raised by all parties were considered.
 
He added that other issues that did not confirm to unanimous agreement were consequently dropped.
 
The minster was speaking during the final discussions of the peace agreement in Khartoum, Sudan on Tuesday.
