A member of parliament of Yei river state transitional legislative assembly says ministry of Gender is excluded from the state budget.
According to Radio Easter, Joy Keji emphasizes that the matter will be addressed in the second budget reading before the third reading commences on child protection.
Keji says some ministries have not submitted their workforce to the committee citing that it is time for such ministries to hand their budgets for amendment.
