Torit state acting minister of Education warns young girls and boys against early sex practice
 
Vitale Ongejuk stresses to hundreds of learner’s last early sex endangers life and exposes learners to immorality.
 
According to radio Emmanuel He calls on teachers to introduce reproductive health science education in schools to enable young girls and boys to maintain themselves.
 
You young girls don’t practice sex with boys when you are still young, sex is not for you, Sex doesn’t run away you will come and get it until you will even be tired of it when you reach the age of maturity but when you practice at the young age you will not know what you are doing, you doesn’t even know about it that is why you doesn’t know that today you have a danger and to my fellow teachers you know I was once a teacher you have to teach this children reproductive health science education should taught to this children so that they should not play around their bodies’ 
 
Vitale advises South Sudanese to stop bad cultural practices that are against justice, equity and moral behaviour adding that transparency and accountability for wrong doing in the communities will face the law 
 
‘But it is us to put much effort in transparency and in accountability to make sure that everything is done correctly, the gender norms or this harmful cultural practices it needs a collective efforts we have to come together to make sure that we stop all this harmful cultural practices that we believe in, we will not remove all our customs there are some  which are good, the one which are repugnant to justice, equity and good conscience of our people, repugnant to our constitution we must not tolerate them we must remove them immediately and when we get a community sticking into a custom which is contrary to our constitution definitely that community will face us as a Government’ 
 
Acting Minister blames some parents for using young girls as sources of wealth and urges citizens to report any injustices against young girls to concern authority.
 
The Minister made this remarks during girls’ education awareness campaign at Grace Community Nursery and Primary School in Torit.
