Adam states that as people expect peace to prevail, it is relevant to involve women in the process by equipping them with knowledge and skills.
He urges women to form associations in their communities to spread messages of peace.
Adam says the duty of the resource center for civil leadership or RECONCILE includes providing peace groups with materials and gives technical support to facilitate sessions on peace building.
The training organized by resource center for civil leadership RECONCILE is expected to conclude over the weekend.
