There are diplomatic ties between Vatican and South Sudan, says Bishop

The Catholic bishop of Yei says the Vatican has diplomatic ties with outh Sudan governments.
 
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe told the congregation that Pope Francis appointed a nunciature to South Sudan to prepare the embassy for ambassador, Easter Radio reports.
 
South Sudan current shares the same Nuncio with Kenya, but he will not be permanently in Kenya, the Holy Father will appoint one for South Sudan in time to come, says Bishop Lodu.
 
Bishop urges the state government to ensure the security as a diplomat to the Holy See is coming to visit Catholic Church in Yei.
 
He adds that the whole thing cannot be left to the bishop because the security is in the hands of the government.
