A member of Equatoria Land Alliance in Torit has raised concerns over self-interested land authorities in the state.
Simon Ebul reveals that some land authorities use their positions to favour their own interest by illegally acquiring and selling big plots of land.
Speaking in Arabic, Ebul reveals that there is a big mess going on in departments handling land issues.
Citing evidences of those involved in this act, the official Simon Ebul expresses disapproval to the concerned parties.
He says instead of using the land for individual gains the parties should sell it to investors for more positive impacts on the community.

He attributes it to lack of proper land documentation.
