Torit state Transitional assembly opens officially its second session on Monday after three month recess.
The assembly speaker Charles Udwar Ukech while speaking during the opening says the assembly business committee or ABC were working to ensure needs of citizens are addressed during the recess period.
Ukech thinks the second session is going to be a busy one that requires full attendance of all members to discuss a number of issues that matters to the state.
He calls on Ministers to present their reports of the activities which took place during the break.
Udwar advices government to continue engaging telephone companies to speedily maintain the existing boosters and established the once with no communication services.
He also urges them to draw strategic plan for the reception and resettlement of IDPs to be discussed
