Police Commissioner reckons improve security situation due to Community policing

The Police commissioner in Gbudue state, Yambio has admitted that the security situation of the state has improved due the adoption of the modern community policing technique 
 
Major General James Monday Enocka told Anisa Radio that community Policing is a new concept of police which has been adopted by the entire world.
 
General Enock says, in this system the police and the community youth works together to create a stable society which is free of crimes
 
He says this system was introduced in Yambio since 2016 and after dividing Yambio town into four zones 
 
The general says this system became more effective in the zones of Ikpiro, Pazuo, Masiya and Duduma
 
Enocka added that youths selected for this program were trained by the United Nation Development Program or UNDP and Gbudue state police department 
 
He confirms that they have apprehended a very good number of criminals when patrolling at night in different areas within Yambio town
 
The General assured that the new system of policing will continue in the state up to until when crime rate drops down.
